Douglas Bond, a high school history and English teacher, has done extensive research on Scottish history, and has traveled many times to Scotland. He has written a number of articles and books, including the Mr. Pipes series. Bond has his M.A. in Teaching / Education from St. Martin's College. He currently teaches and lives in Washington.
