Our Guarantee - Bookstore Merchandise
We work hard to hand pick all of our products, searching to find unique books and resources that will be beneficial to you and your families. Although we make every effort to represent our products truthfully, there may be times when a customer may deem a product unsatisfactory. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. Because of the wide range of customers we serve, our satisfaction guarantee has limitations depending on the resources and quantity you buy.

All returned merchandise under the satisfaction guarantee must be unused, in good condition, and include all original packing. Please package all returns securely and insure the shipment for full value. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid via USPS, UPS, or Federal Express or it will be refused.

We want you to be as excited with your products as we are in providing them! If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund the purchase price of merchandise returned in original condition as long as we receive your return no more than 30 days from your original order, less shipping and handling costs and a 15% restocking fee, after we wipe our tears and get over the rejection.

Damaged Shipments
We hand pack all our shipments securely to insure a safe delivery. If you receive a shipment that has obvious damage, please send the product back to us immediately wrapped in its original packing. Taxes
Idaho residents will have tax added accordingly.
